Welcome to OrthoPreneurs

Hi everyone and welcome to OrthoPreneurs.

The idea of this blog is to create a place where I can bring many of the thoughts that rattle around my head related to orthodontics and the running of our businesses.

I was a restorative dentist for 25 years with significant business and leadership training before returning to full time residency to become an orthodontist, so I have an understanding of what it takes to run a successful practice AND I have the mindset of a recent graduate. I’ve lectured internationally for about 15 years and have been an author in textbooks, so I LOVE teaching and sharing.

Like you, I have much to learn and recognize that the only way to grow is to share and listen, so I’ve created a closed Facebook group, that as of the penning of this sentence has over 1000 member orthodontists. It’s a place where we share thoughts on running better, more successful, lower stressed practices.
