David, This is a beautiful plan. Definitely speaks to your preparation and comprehensive thoughts about the case. Viewing the patient as a life cycle of care is great in my opinion because you are looking at where they are now and anticipating until growth cessation.
Time management is key for the exam. If I remember correctly, I completed the exam with just about 5 minutes left.
