David, I agree this case is tricky and especially by the numbers.
1) Slightly shallow cranial base (we can’t see the exact decimals but if it’s 8.4 rounded down to 8 and 13.6 rounded up to 14 then it makes more sense to me).
2) Those max incisors are way out there throwing off perception of the maxilla. The SNA is high but can be tamed by the cranial base adjustment. However the U1-NA is spot on normal. They don’t explain further in their sample but I think that’s the focus. Even though SNA is off, she appears more normal on the maxilla.
3) The mandible just “strikes me” as retrusive. In her case as soon as I see here I am thinking open up the vertical, leave Curve of Spee and BSSO then level afterwards to give her vertical height.
4) It off course could a COMBINATION! Slight protrusive maxilla and slightly retrussive mandible leading to a mile of overjet.
