Dental Tx Objectives
When asked for dental objectives while planning to move one or both jaws, is it appropriate to only describe the dental objectives within the arch, or should we also list A-P objectives relative to cranial base?
For instance, I may want to maintain the man molars A-P within the mandibular arch, but I want to protract them relative to cranial base (Class II w/ growth mod or surgery).

Brian,
I’ve only seen examples where the dental objectives relative to within the arch.
Then surgical objectives will be moving the arches into Class I canine / molar etc.
