I like the plan. I see you had for the lower arch to just align pre-surgically. So am I understanding correctly that you are leveling post surgically? Does everyone else understand why Anish is proposing that for this case?
Also extracting a lower incisor… what are your thoughts there? Pros/Cons? Other options to get same result? Diagnostic aids that impact that decision?
BTW – who doesn’t absolutely love this guy’s chief complain “I don’t like my snaggle tooth”….then you look at the pictures and are like which snaggle tooth??? UR2? UR3? UL3?

I went back and forth on lower incisor extraction, My thinking it would be difficult, good class 1 occlusion without resolving the Bolton discrepancy, leveling curve of spee and correcting the crowding. Also could help with increasing the surgical movement

So leaving him with two mandibular incisors, is that the plan? Since one is missing already? Are you thinking “laterlize” the mandibular canines? …. I’d have to bust out the calipers but I think the three man incisors might be pretty close to the ratio of the upper narrow 4 incisors… Thoughts?
