I don’t see for the cant how it is maxillary cant left down. I would say if anything the maxillary cant would be right side down. Can you explain?

Lily, I’m with you on this one! I agree it should be called right side down. (I’ll suggest the prompt be updated. I see the intrusion on the upper left due to the crossbite occlusion there)
