    Good morning,

I can’t seem to find it now but there was a case where it said SFOT? I looked it up and it is surgically facillitated orthodontics but what does it mean? Orthognathic surgery? SARPE? Or accelerated orthodontics?

Good question! SFOT can go by many names for sure. It’s the same as Wilkcodontics / Perio Assisted Ortho. It is a full flap reflected and interdental corticotomies with or without bone graft augment.

THANK YOU SO MUCH. I started reading articles with SFOT and still wasn’t clear. I appreciate it!
